As reported by "Arminfo" agency, Russian defense minister Sergey Ivanov said at an international forum on struggle against terrorism in Munich. In the minister's words, the Chechen gangs have in particular settled down in large cities of Georgia and are trying to take control over local companies engaged in international cargo transportation.
