PanARMENIAN.Net - The Central Election Commission has finalized the counting of votes from 626 polling stations.

As of 2 am, the chairman of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA), incumbent president Serzh Sargsyan garnered 264 176 (61,82%) votes; Heritage party chairman Raffi Hovannisian got 143 673 (33,62%) votes; former foreign minister of Nagorno Karabakh Republic Arman Melikyan received 962 (0,23%) votes; former prime minister Hrant Bagratyan - 9 447 (2,21%) votes; National Self-Determination Union party head Paruyr Hayrikyan - 4 731 (1,11%) votes; Radio Hay director Andrias Ghukasyan 2 456 (0,57%) votes; literature expert Vardan Sedrakyan – 1 941 (0,45%) votes.
