Today Armenian Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian met with President of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe Giovanni Di Stasi, RA MFA press center reported. During the meeting Mr. Di Stasi informed of the principal functions of the CoE Congress. The interlocutors also discussed the constitutional reform process and the role of the local governing bodies. The RA FM noted that the reforms will contribute to Armenia's honoring the commitments to the CoE.
