In a conversation with a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter, Hovannisian’s representative Karen Mejlumyan said he will express gratitude to Mukuchyan for providing detailed comments on the appeal. “Mr Mukuchyan’s readiness to go in particulars means that the Constitutional Court takes facts into close consideration,” Mejlumyan said, adding that the CEC chairman’s speech, however, featured facts not related to the lawsuit.
