Hovannisian ready to meet Sargsyan, Heritage rep. says

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian leadership is in a serious situation, much as they try to protest the fact through cynical statements on Heritage party leader Raffi Hovannisian's hunger strike, the party's vice-chair said.

“I hope that the current president will take a responsibility for the problem, with the authorities coming up with viable solutions,” Armen Martirosyan said.

Martirosyan is confident that the opposition struggle will succeed, with the authorities agreeing to a dialogue before the inauguration date of April 9.

As he noted, Hovannisian is ready to meet the incumbent president, although the presidential administration gave Martirosyan no reply on the possibility.
