The basic work lies in popularly explaining the advantages and disadvantages of the amendments to the Organic Law, Margaryan said. Touching upon opposition statements that by saying "no" at the referendum, the people will say "no" to the authorities and the process will pour into change of authorities, the Armenian PM said, "I cannot imagine how people can take the way of change of authorities under the bare slogans that the referendum outcomes will be gerrymandered and the vote is necessary to use for change of the authorities." "Those, who say "no" today, they say "no" not to the referendum, but the political system, i.e. they pursue certain political goals they had not been able to see fulfilled in their time. One should not make a tragedy out of it," Andranik Margaryan stated, reported IA Regnum.![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult.
