Armenian envoy, Lithuanian minister discuss cooperation

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia's ambassador to Lithuania Ara Ayvazyan met March 27 with Lithuanian Justice Minister Juozas Bernatonis.

Hailing the development of Armenian-Lithuanian intergovernmental relations, the two men stressed the importance of establishment of cooperation in justice. Ambassador Ayvazyan offered to consider the formation of the legal framework and the organization of visits, RA MFA press service reported.

Dwelling on Lithuania’s presidency of the Council of the European Union in the second half of 2013, Minister Bernatonis noted that Luxemburg will host a meeting of ministers of EU member-states and Eastern Partnership countries in fall 2013.

Issues of bilateral interest were further discussed.
