The top five also included Golos Armenii political correspondent Ruben Margaryan, Arminfo information agency reporter Tatevik Shahunyan, Azg daily political correspondent Tatul Hakobyan. The jury included the Delovoy Express newspaper Eduard Naghdalyan, the Yerkir newspaper editor-in-chief Spartak Seyranyan, deputy editor-in-chief of the Golos Armenii newspaper Levon Ghazaryan, Arminfo agency editor Aleksandr Avanesov and chief editor of IA Regnum Transcaucasian branch Vigen Hakobyan. In the words of Director General of the South Caucasian branch of the Caucasus Democracy Institute Development Foundation Armenika Kiviryan, the program of visit to Moscow includes meetings with the Russian President's Administration, in the State Duma, as well as prominent Russian political scientists, the Armenian Ambassador to Russia.
