Colin Firth, Emily Blunt in “Arthur Newman” comedy-drama trailer

PanARMENIAN.Net - Colin Firth and Emily Blunt feature in the first trailer for Arthur Newman, Digital Spy said.

Firth plays a has-been golfer who, having become fed up with life, decides to fake his own death in the drama from director Dante Ariola.

Assuming the name of Arthur Newman, he meets a young woman (Blunt), who has her own personal problems.

Striking up a relationship, the pair enjoy a journey of pretending to have the dream life they always wanted.

Written by Becky Johnston (Seven Years in Tibet), the film premiered at the 2012 Toronto International Film Festival in September.

Anne Heche, Sterling Beaumon and David Andrews play supporting roles in the film.

It will receive a limited release at US cinemas from April 26.

Colin Firth will soon star in the upcoming Thomas Wolfe biopic Genius opposite Michael Fassbender.

Stanley Tucci recently informed Digital Spy that Emily Blunt will replace Emma Watson in David Yates's Your Voice In My Head.
