High time Baku stopped creating new dividing lines – deputy FM

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian deputy foreign minister noted it unwise for a country to aim cooperation against others in the modern world.

Commenting on Azeri foreign minister Elmar Mamedyarov’s statement dubbing cooperation between Georgia, Azerbaijan and Turkey a message against Armenia, Shavarsh Kocharyan stressed the need for Azerbaijan to stop pursuing the policy of creating new dividing lines with an aim to maintain the hereditary authoritarian power.
