Aram Hakobyan appointed National Security Service deputy head

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree to appoint Aram Hakobyan to the post of deputy director of National Security Service.

The decree was signed under paragraph 2 of Article 18 of RA law on “Service in national security institutions.”
