As Hayk Demoyan confessed to a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter, the news came as a surprise, with all of his efforts currently focused on the plan of events for the Genocide 100th anniversary. On Tuesday, March 16, Zhoghovurd and 168 Zham dailies released reports on Demoyan’s oncoming appointment as Diaspora Minister. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
