Ethan Hawke, Julie Delpy in “Before Midnight” new pics (video) April 19, 2013 - 16:01 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - New images from Before Midnight have been released, Digital Spy said. Richard Linklater's long-awaited sequel to Before Sunrise and Before Sunset picks up nine years after the events of the latter, with Celeste (Julie Delpy) and Jesse (Ethan Hawke) living together in Greece. Penned by Linklater and his two stars, the film follows the pair's life together, their divergent career ambitions, and Jesse's relationship with his now-teenage son from a previous marriage. Jesse and Celeste first met on a train in Vienna (Before Sunrise) and spent just 24 hours together, before reuniting almost a decade later in Vienna (Before Sunset). Hawke has described the film's approach to its central relationship as "ruthlessly honest". Before Midnight premiered at the Sundance Film Festival earlier this year. It will be released in the US on May 24, and in the UK on June 21. Top stories The creative crew of the Public TV had chosen 13-year-old Malena as a participant of this year's contest.
