  RA FM Met with European Commission DelegationNovember 28, 2005 - 12:31 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Today Armenian Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian received a delegation of the European Commission led by Mr. Kurt Juul, reported the RA MFA press office. The delegation is in Armenia to begin talks over the Action Plan within the European Neighbourhood Policy. Minister Oskanian reaffirmed Armenia's readiness to engage in the process of the Action Plan elaboration. He also briefed the delegation members on the constitutional referendum held in the republic on Sunday.
