"I agree with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov's statement about the lack of progress in the negotiations on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict," Trend News quoted Mammadyarov as saying. "The conflicting sides have been discussing the settlement for several years, but the talks yielded no results," he said. "Ministers meet, but there is no logical conclusion of these negotiations."
