Armenian PM to Leave for Egypt on Official Call

PanARMENIAN.Net - December 5-8 an Armenian delegation lead by Premier Andranik Margaryan will pay an official visit to Egypt, reported the Press Service of the Armenian Government. During the visit A. Margaryan is scheduled to meet with Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak, PM Ahmad Nazifi, Alexandria Mayor, Cairo University head and teaching staff, as well as local Armenian community. The fourth session of the Armenian-Egyptian Intergovernmental Commission will be held within the framework of the visit.



Matters referring to organization of the visit were discussed during A. Margaryan's meeting with Egyptian Ambassador to Armenia Abla Mohammad Abd-El Rahman Osmani. The parties said the events during the visit will encourage further development of bilateral relations. The Egyptian diplomat also thanked the Armenian PM for providing territory for the Egyptian Embassy.
