Nairit chemical plant employees rally for salary refund

PanARMENIAN.Net - Nairit chemical plant employees demanding for salary refund staged protest outside the Armenian government building and headed for president’s residence afterwards.

One of the demonstrators told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter that they haven’t been paid their salaries for the past 10 months.

A government representative said the employees will get their salary for 2 months, however, the protesters resolved to continue their way to the presidential residence.

5 employees were allowed to enter the residence and brief the president on their problems and demands.
