It's Time to Correct Mistakes Made During Talks on Karabakh
The 9th round of the dialogue between the representatives of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Nagorno Karabakh will be held in Moscow December 9-12, 2005 within the American-Russian group of the Dartmouth Conference on regional conflicts. Members of the Armenian delegation, head of the Academy of Political Studies, Professor Alexander Manasyan stated that a great number of mistakes were made during the talks over the Nagorno Karabakh conflict and it's high time to correct them. The meeting participants are planning to sign a Project of Framework Agreement on peaceful process in Armenia, Azerbaijan and Nagorno Karabakh.

At that Alexander Manasyan noted that the current round of talks may become the last one, since the initiators of the meeting Co-Chair of the Dartmouth Conference Harold Sonders and Vitaliy Naumklin (Russia) have run out of funds for the organizations of such discussions. To note, the Armenian party will be represented by chairman of the Democratic Party of Armenia Aram Sargsyan, Hayk Babukhanyan, Vagharshak Harutyunyan and Konstantin Hambartsumyan; the Karabakh delegation will comprise Advisor to NKR President David Babayan, NKR representative in Moscow Ruben Zargaryan and Professor Alexander Manasyan, reported IA Regnum.
