Armenia is ready to support Ukraine on the way of accession to the World Trade Organization (WTO), Head of the Press Service of the Ukrainian MFA Vasily Filipchuk stated referring to the meeting of FMs of Ukraine Boris Tarasyuk and Armenia Vartan Oskanian. "V. Oskanian expressed Armenian political leaders' readiness to support our country on the way to that international institution," the report says. At their meeting the diplomat also spoke about ways to activate political dialogue between the parties and cooperation in European integration. They appreciated signals on stabilization of regional security system registered in the course of the forum of the Democratic Choice Commonwealth held in Kiev December 1-2. Ukraine earlier expected to become a WTO member before 2006, reported Ukrainian News.
