French envoy hails 2013 Francophonie program in Armenia

PanARMENIAN.Net - 2013 Francophonie program targeted both Yerevan and Armenia’s provinces, French ambassador said.

At the May 3 press conference, Henri Reynaud highly assessed Armenian school students’ participation in 2013 events.

Adviser to RA foreign minister on Francophonie Christian Ter-Stepanian, in turn, noted that the program featured about 400 cultural and educational events, which aimed to promote the francophone culture in Armenia,”

Armenia was granted a full Francophonie membership during the organization’s summit, held in October 2012.
