Armenian grandmaster Karen Movsziszian scored 7 points out of 9 at the Chess Open in Mallorca, Spain.

He shared 1st-4th places together with Salvador Del Rio De Angelis (Spain), Vladimir Petkov (Bulgaria) and Stanislav Savchenko (Ukraine).

Movsziszian came 4th by additional results. Del Rio De Angelis won the tournament.
