Azeri serviceman Ramil Safarov accused of the murder of Armenian officer Gurgen Margaryan will stand another trial in Budapest. Safarov's defender Adil Islaylov informed that the Budapest law enforcement bodies initiated another criminal case against Ramil Safarov over a conflict with jailers. According to Ismaylov, the position of Azerbaijan on the issue is not known yet. He said he is ready for defending his client at the court session to be held on January 17.
