Armenian, Russian committees of real estate cadastre to cooperate

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan met on May 17 with head of Russia’s Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography (Rosreestr) Natalya Antipina.

Prime Minister Sargsyan stressed the importance of expansion of cooperation between the two countries’ registration services.

Ms.Antipina, in turn, noted that a memorandum of understating was signed between Armenia’s State Committee of the Real Estate Cadastre and Rosreestr. She voiced hope that the document will foster the development of cooperation between the countries, RA governmental press service reported.

Ms.Antipina hailed Armenia’s achievements in the field and advancement in Doing Business report.

The two further dwelt on joint conference for the representatives of CIS services for state registration to be held in the near future, with the existing problems and possible solutions to them discussed.

Trainings in the field, digitization of archival materials, cartography and other issues were further discussed.
