Anelik Bank board chairman Samvel Chzmachyan has been unanimously elected as the president of Union of Banks of Armenia. He held the post back in 2003 -2006.

“I am thankful to Union of Banks of Armenia for entrusting the responsibilities to me. The banking system is considered as one of the most competitive and well-established sectors of Armenia’s economy. We must do the utmost to contribute to the further development of the field,” Mr. Chzmachyan said.
