PanARMENIAN.Net - Iceland’s U-21 football team coach Eyjólfur Sverrisson commented on June 6 match against Armenia. He slammed the weather conditions, adding that their physical preparedness helped them control the game.

The coach said they were given a lot of opportunities to score goals in the first half.

“Armenia demonstrating better football in the second half and we had to play more carefully to neutralize the threat.

“Perhaps our team is no better; however we managed to use our opportunities,” Sverrisson said.
