Barev Yerevan bloc attends city council first meeting

Barev Yerevan bloc’s parliamentary group attended the first city council meeting, announcing a decision not to participate in June 8 voting.

The draft agenda of the first meeting was put into circulation without approval, which stirred up the bloc members’ surprise.

“This is in protest of Yerevan city council election results. All of 59 members voted for the motion during 3 voting sessions, with only 1 member voting against it during the fourth one,” the bloc’s statement reads.
