Co-chairmen of the OSCE Minsk Group will arrive in Baku tonight. At the talks they are planned to discuss the agenda of the summit of Azerbaijani and Armenian Presidents, Ilham Aliyev and Robert Kocharian in Paris scheduled for February 11-12, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov told the press on January 30. Mammadyarov stressed the difficult development of the negotiation process on Nagorno Karabakh and noted, "We cannot compromise on the issue and are trying to use various arguments." As Mammadyarov said, they are trying to find answers for such questions like communities living in peace in the shared territory and others, "We speak of peace in a conceptual form, but these issues are not so much those of principle."
