  Armenian President congratulates Russia on national holiday June 12, 2013 - 16:40 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan met with Russian ambassador Ivan Volinkin. President Sargsyan congratulated the envoy and the embassy staff on the national holiday, celebrated on June 12, and issued a congratulatory message to his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev. President Sargsyan hailed the strengthening of Armenian-Russian interstate relations, noting that the national holiday reflects the reforms in the social field that fostered the consistent development of Russia.
