Armenian President congratulates Russia on national holiday

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan met with Russian ambassador Ivan Volinkin.

President Sargsyan congratulated the envoy and the embassy staff on the national holiday, celebrated on June 12, and issued a congratulatory message to his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.

President Sargsyan hailed the strengthening of Armenian-Russian interstate relations, noting that the national holiday reflects the reforms in the social field that fostered the consistent development of Russia.

President Sargsyan wished success, peace and prosperity to Russian government and people.
