On Monday, June 24, NATO headquarters hosted a meeting of deputy ambassadors of the Alliance member states in a ‘+Armenia’ format. The meeting focused on Armenia-NATO cooperation in the framework of the Individual Partnership Action Plan (IPAP) for the years 2012-2013. Tonoyan, in turn, focused on NATO assistance in implementation of reforms in Armenia’s Armed forces and Armenian peacekeepers participation in NATO programs. On the sidelines of the visit, the officials met the NATO Secretary General’s Special Representative for the Caucasus and Central Asia James Appathurai, Foreign Ministry press service reported.
