Karabakh Participation in Talks Inevitable from Certain PointFebruary 14, 2006 - 17:05 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The matter of Stepanakert's direct participation in the talks on settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict will become inevitable from a certain point in time, Armenian FM Vartan Oskanian stated at a news conference in Yerevan today. "Unfortunately not everything went on smoothly at the Rambouillet meeting of presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan. Owing to that the question of Karabakh direct participation in the talks is not on the current agenda. However, it is included in the agenda of discussion of the overall spectrum of issues over the Karabakh settlement and it will become inevitable from a certain moment," the FM added. At that he emphasized that one question is unambiguously taken into account, i.e. the de facto situation.
