  National Security Council Secretary to attend int'l conference in Russia July 2, 2013 - 13:14 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - National Security Council Secretary Artur Baghdasaryan will be travelling to Russian city of Vladivostok July 2-4 to participate in international security conference. The Armenian official will deliver a speech on transportation security. On the sidelines of the event, Baghdasaryan will meet with his French, Italian, Polish, Russian and Indian colleagues. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
