Armenian National Committee Launches Website in Arabic
The Middle East Office of the Armenian National Committee (Hay Dat Committee of ARF Dashnaktsutyun) has launched a new website in Arabic. Since the creating of online forums, the Turkish circles have been voicing complaints that Armenians are ahead of them in that field. The Armenian Diaspora, and later Armenia, through their collective and individual efforts have done more than the Turkish machine of denial of the Armenian Genocide. The newly launched site - www.ancme.org -- offers information, studies and news on the Armenian Genocide and the Armenian cause to Arab readers. The site includes a list of all parliaments and international organizations that have passed resolutions on the Armenian genocide, as well as works by Arab authors about the Armenians and Armenian cause, historic accounts, maps and photos. The Latest News section of the site includes the resolution by the European Parliament on the destruction of Armenian Khachkars in Azerbaijan's Old Julfa, as well as news about the region and Armenians. The site also features sections on publications and links. The office's newsletter will soon be posted on the site, reported the Yerkir.
