Heffern and USAID Mission Director Karen Hilliard met with the RA Minister of Finance David Sargsyan on Wednesday, Aug 7. They discussed preparations for the annual meeting of the U.S. Armenia Task Force (USATF) scheduled for October in Washington, DC, among other items of mutual interest.
