In Moscow US deputy secretary of state Richard Armitage will discuss the situation in the Caucasus. He will arrive in the Russian capital January 22 to participate in the 9-th sitting of the Russian-American working group on struggle against terror. As reported by US mass media, "Arminfo" agency reports, the situation in the regions, where the problem of terrorism is present including the Caucasus, Central Asia and Middle East, is planned to be considered at the sitting. Working group co-chairs Armitage from the American side and deputy foreign minister Vyacheslav Trubnikov from the Russian side together with its other members will discuss "anti-terror efforts throughout the globe, accentuating the struggle against nuclear, biological and chemical terrorism," - American press reports.
