OSCE MG Call to Prepare Peoples to Peace Mainly Refers to Baku

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian FM Vartan Oskanian does not rule out activation at the Armenian-Azeri border owes to inefficient talks in Rambouillet. The Minister stated it in an interview with Shant TV Company. In his words, it is difficult to say, what Azeris think and to which degree their estimates are correct. "I suspect there is certain link, as their statements do not form a common idea," the Armenian FM said. The call of the OSCE Minsk Group to prepare peoples to peace, no war mainly refers to Azerbaijan, he added. "This is an objective estimate. All of these can be evaluated by comparing Armenian and Azeri statements. They chose an erroneous way," Oskanian stated. As of the facts of breaking the cease-fire, the Armenian FM assured, he wants to believe that these are merely recurrent breaks that have nothing to do with political processes. "In any case, if these become frequent, we can come to serious conclusions and make certain steps to prevent these," Oskanian emphasized.
