Armenian Deputy Defense Minister meets ICRC delegateAugust 9, 2013 - 18:49 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The First Deputy Minister of Defense of Armenia, Mr. Davit Tonoyan met Friday, Aug 9, with International Committee of the Red Cross delegate in Armenia Ms. Dragana Rankovich to discuss the issue of serviceman Hakob Injighulyan who lost his bearings on the terrain and crossed into the territory controlled by Azerbaijani troops. In order to prevent any possible misinterpretation, Mr. Tonoyan made an official plea to ICRC to assure that Injighulyan will suffer no legal consequences and that the Ministry will do the utmost to facilitate his secure and prompt repatriation should the Azerbaijani side show willingness, the Ministry's press office reported.
