Yerevan hosts rally against police violence

PanARMENIAN.Net - Activists in Yerevan took to the streets to protest police violence, marching from Armenia’s police building to the Prosecutor General’s office.

The rally was organized in protest against police officers who used violence on civil rights activists.

During the event, the activists were distributing flyers which described the rights of the citizens and ways to protect oneself from illegal actions of the policemen. The protesters addressed a letter to Armenia’s Prosecutor General.
