Instagram given visual makeover to match iOS 7 September 26, 2013 - 20:08 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Instagram has been updated to match Apple's new iOS 7, Digital Spy said. The Facebook owned-app has been given a visual makeover to fit with the appearance of Apple's latest operating sytem. Photos and videos will now fit to the edge of the screen, meaning there's no longer any white space on either side. Instagram says the increased image size means that photos and videos will have increased resolution, resulting in better picture quality. The app's general appearance has been updated, with profile pictures now being circular to match iOS 7 messaging. The photo grid has also been streamlined, giving a cleaner, sharper look. The photography-based app is one of many which has been updated to keep in line with the company's new, more minimal iOS appearance.
