The Armenian Diaspora of the US should increase efforts for NKR international recognition, NKR Deputy FM Masis Mailyan stated at the opening ceremony of the national Conference of the Armenian Assembly of America in Washington. M. Mailyan also urged Armenians of the Diaspora to more actively participate in various events and programs, aimed at strengthening and development of NKR statehood. Mailyan also delivered a lecture at Connecticut University, held a meeting with dean of the School of Social Sciences Key Davidson, visit Connecticut Assembly and met with members of the Armenian community of the State, reports the NKR MFA Press Service.
