OSCE Mission Fixed Shots from Azeri Side
April 6 a radio monitoring was held at the contact line of the Armenian and Azerbaijani armed forces. As RA Defense Minister's Spokesman, col. Seyran Shahsuvaryan told PanARMENIAN.Net, the monitoring was held within the framework of the mandate of OSCE CiO's personal representative Andrzej Kasprzyk. During the monitoring the OSCE Mission fixed shots form the Azeri side. The Armenian party offered the OSCE representatives to replace radio monitoring by visual observance of the contact line to raise its efficiency, however the Azeri side rejected the proposal.

Besides, the OSCE representatives met with the authorities of the Tavush region of Armenia and commanders of the military units deployed in the region. During the meeting Mayor of Tavush Armen Ghularyan voiced regret over the frequent fire commenced by Azeris in the direction of the Ijevan-Noyemberyan road.
