Armenian commercial banks grant more AMD loans Dec 9-15December 21, 2013 - 12:08 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - From December 9 to 15, AMD loans granted by Armenia’s commercial banks totaled 55,5 bln, which is 15,1bn more than during the previous week (AMD 40,4 bln); USD loans amounted to 58,3 mln, the press service of the Central Bank of Armenia reported. USD 103,354,734 was bought at an average price of AMD 404.54/USD 1 and USD 103,312,840 sold at an average price of AMD 405.66/USD 1 at the Armenian foreign currency market from December 16 to 20. Deals amounting to USD 21,440,000 at an average price of AMD 405.43/USD 1 were concluded at NASDAQ OMX Armenia. Buy and sell deals to the amount of USD 1,300,000 at an average price of AMD 405.38/USD 1 were concluded at the interbank market.
