Council of Europe Secretary General Terry Davis stated that for the normalization of the Armenian-Turkish relations it is necessary to settle the Nagorno Karabakh conflict. "This is an urgent issue but as a matter of fact it's a verge of the problem. We should deal with the main problem, that is the future of Nagorno Karabakh. So, let us proceed to the core of the problem but no go around it,' Terry Davis said, reported Mediamax.
