Chair of the Armenian NA Artur Baghdassaryan during today's session of the Parliament said that speaking of prospects of Armenia's accession to the EU and NATO, he meant the long-term outlook. Noting that matters of EU and NATO accession are not a priority of Armenia's foreign policy today, Mr Baghdassaryan added he sees the future of Armenia in the large European family, which «does not run counter to the Armenian-Russian cooperation.» We remind that earlier A. Baghdassaryan stated in an interview with a German newspaper that he sees the future of Armenia in the EU and NATO, for which he war criticized by Armenian President Robert Kocharian.
