Samsung Galaxy Tab S line of tablets in development, report saysMay 7, 2014 - 18:53 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Samsung is reportedly developing a new line of tablets dubbed Galaxy Tab S, Digital Spy said. SamMobile brings word from an inside source that the high-end slates will come in 8.4-inch and 10.5-inch size variants, both of which include fingerprint scanners. The Galaxy Tab S is said to be the world's first tablet with a 2560 x 1600 AMOLED display. Previous devices have offered this resolution, but featured an LCD panel. Under the hood, the slates reportedly pack octa-core Exynos 5 processors with four 1.9GHz Cortex-A15 cores and four 1.3GHz Cortex-A7 cores along with 3GB of RAM. Other purported specs include an 8-megapixel camera, and Google's Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system.
