Discussion of the opportunity to attain recognition of the Armenian Genocide by Turkey by appealing to the International Criminal Tribunal was the main issue on the agenda of the Yerevan session of the Expert Commission on Genocide. «The issue of responsibility for the crime based on a legal procedure or arbitration is submitted for consideration at the level of experts.
