  Ex-prosecutor general appointed Investigative Committee chair July 18, 2014 - 14:56 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree to appointment Aghvan Hovsepyan as a chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia, the presidential press service said. Earlier, Aghvan Hovsepyan occupied the post of the prosecutor general.
