Asus's Android Wear smartwatch “to come with voice controls”September 2, 2014 - 19:46 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - More details about Asus's first smartwatch have emerged ahead of its unveiling later this week. As Digital Spy reports citing Focus Taiwan, the ZenWatch - which uses Android Wear - will come with voice controls. The wearable will apparently go on sale in October costing less than $199. Such a price would make the ZenWatch a competitive alternative to LG and Samsung's recently-revealed smartwatches, which cost $262 and $102 respectively. The ZenWatch will reportedly launch with English voice recognition initially, before adding Chinese language support by the end of the year. Asus's device is expected to be made available in the US and other unconfirmed markets in one size and is said to not need pairing with an Android smartphone.
