The "completion of the political and legal registration of the USSR collapse via the recognition of the Republic of Abkhazia, the Transdniestrian Moldovan Republic and the Republic of South Ossetia will become the priority task of the Community." Thus "the leaders of the republics which asserted their right for independence with arms, now will peacefully press for official recognition."
