Our growth depends on the policy of using business ethics as a management tool. The art of administration lies at the heart of the system of values formed in VivaCell-MTS. It presupposes applying a flexible strategy, providing a healthy working environment, forming respect and trust between employer and employees, appreciating the role of the employees, respecting their rights and striving for growth,” Yirikian said.
