Daniel Radcliffe, Lizzy Caplan officially join

PanARMENIAN.Net - Daniel Radcliffe and Lizzy Caplan have moved on from their "in talks" stage for Lionsgate's "Now You See Me 2". The studio announced on Tuesday, November 4 that the actors along with "The Green Hornet" star Jay Chou were officially part of the "Now You See Me" sequel cast, AceShowbiz reported.

Radcliffe will play the role of Walter while Caplan steps in the role of Lula. Just what these characters will contribute in the film is yet clear. The original actors Jesse Eisenberg, Mark Ruffalo, Morgan Freeman, Woody Harrelson, Michael Caine and Dave Franco are all returning for the sequel except for Isla Fisher who is pregnant with her third child.

According to Entertainment Weekly, the sequel takes off a year after the first film. The group of illusionists' services are enlisted by an enemy who asks them to partake in one of the Four Horsemen's most dangerous heists yet.

"Now You See Me 2" is directed by Jon M. Chu and written by Ed Salomon as well as Pete Chiarelli. Alex Kurtzman, Roberto Orci and Bobby Cohen are producing. It will be released in theaters June 10, 2016.
